**What your role is**
We are looking for a passionate Field Sales Manager who, based in our Madrid office and reporting directly to the Head of Sales National Accounts, will be responsible of defining and implementing the right strategy in the point of sale for all our brands and customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop in collaboration with the Key Account Managers the Field Business plans in Both Spain and Portugal
- Interface with other departments within the company acting as the communication point for everything related to the point of sale
- Manage the Field Sales Team with our Field Sales Partner (Indirect reports)
- Ensure the achievement of define KPI targets: Distribution, Share of shelf, additional sort placements, Out of stocks
- Promotional execution
- Ensure desired promotions are in place and running
**Qualifications**
- Minimum Required: Bachelor’s Degree Administration/economics
- Preferred Level: MBA or other graduate degree
- 2/3 years in Multinational environment (preferable FMCG industry)
- English C1
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
**Competencies**
- Ability to influence the indirect sales force team to maximize their contribution and potential
- Ability to develop strong relationships externally (within the Point of sale) and internally (withing General Mills).
- Strong ability to work with Excell and Power Point
- Well-developed analytical skills
- Strong Growth and creative mindset
- Highly oriented to results
