He/she will work to the customer providing outstanding technical sales and support, stablish firsthand connectivity to customer engineering as well as fast onsite problem solving, diagnostics, immediate support.What you can look forward to as Field Sales Representative:Technical & sales support to customers (phone, email)Documents edition (Adobe Acrobat)Ensure the internal products process (PLM, SAP, and Cognos)Training, Prepare and give successful technical training coursesDocumentations & software, translationVisit with sales rep or area manager at key customersCollaborate with national and international teams across EMEA regionYour profile as Field Sales Representative:Bachelor's degree (Engineering degree preferred)Experience in technical support productAdobe IllustratorGood MS Office knowledge, excel at expert levelStrong communication skills and a high degree of customer orientationEntrepreneurial driven self-starter focusedIndependence, analytical thinking, good organizational skills, and clear prioritization of tasksFluency in written and spoken English and Spanish(We would like to ask for an English CV please)The compatibility of work and family life is firmly anchored at ZF.
