What We Look For Proven experience managing technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments. A track record of leading, mentoring, and scaling pre‑sales or technical field organisations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills—fluent in English and native‑level Spanish. Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science (consulting experience is a plus).
