- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience architecting, developing or maintaining cloud solutions in cloud environments.
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working with enterprise customers, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver successful solutions.
- Experience in leading IT migration, IT implementations, IT support, deployments, and/or business development activities.
- Experience leading global and/or distributed teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and professionally developing team members.
- Ability to work in an evolving and ambiguous environment.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team.
- Effective written and spoken communication skills, including presentation writing and delivery.

**About the job**:
As a Google Cloud Professional Services Manager, you will lead a team of consultants and engineers working directly with Google’s customers on critical projects to help them transform their businesses. You'll use your management, consulting and technical skills towards customer engagements, while working with customer executives and key technical leaders to deploy solutions via Google Cloud.

In this role, you will work closely with key Google partners to manage programs, deliver consulting services, and provide technical guidance and best practice experience. Additionally, you will bring a diverse background in cloud solutions, covering areas such as infrastructure migration, development lifecycles, big data, and analytics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, expand, and scale a team of consultants and engineers as the Google Cloud Professional Services organization grows.
- Interact with partner leads and technical stakeholders to translate customer requirements into recommendations for appropriate solution architectures.
- Work with customer technical leads, customer executives, and partners to manage and deliver successful migrations to cloud solutions.
- Create programs and template solutions to achieve scalable impact across the customer and partner ecosystem.
- Understand customer needs and help to shape Google’s long-term product strategy.
