**Role Context**:
The primary role is to ensure that excellent HR operations and services are set-up and provided to all people at Royal HaskoningDHV in Spain and that our services are aligned to local Spanish business and legislative needs. You will lead the development of Spain operations and services further. Of the 6000 Royal HaskoningDHV employees globally, approximately 30 employees work in Spain. The Country HR Manager is a newly created position, as we have an ambition to grow in Spain and Southern Europe. We are looking for a strong dedicated all-round HR person to support in all operational HR-related tasks.

**What will you do as an HR Manager Spain?**:

- Ensure an efficient and effective HR operations and service delivery to managers and employees in Spain, considering global and local standards.
- Manage the day-to-day HR tasks, employment contracts, remunerations, allowances, and oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Champion all aspects of the employee life cycle, ensuring your active involvement in activities to ensure that the lifecycle experience with us is a positive and productive one.
- Serve as a partner to the local management team in matters relating to HR operations and services, and lead recruitment efforts for the country in close collaboration with our Global Talent Acquisition Team.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, develop and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines for the country.

**What will you bring?**:

- Proven experience in a generalist HR role.
- A strong desire to form clear delivery plans with the team and stakeholders with the ability to close out initiatives to swift completion.
- Experience of working in a global matrix organisation collaborating with colleagues internationally is desirable.
- Proven experience of advising on reorganisations/acquisitions, TUPE, and due diligence.
- Excellent relationship management and people skills, organising and planning skills; results-oriented and getting things done.
- Knowledge of Spanish legislation and regulations.
- Available in our Malaga office, in this part-time role (3 days per week).
