**Technical & Service Manager**:
As a Technical & Service Manager you will report to the Marketing Country organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Build Country technical proposition for specific segment for wet paint and dry goods.
- Lead the validation process for new products and solutions offered by EMEA central team
- Partner with local Marketing operations team on benchmarking competitors permitting to build the right technical arguments package that will be provided to local sales teams. Build technical tools and arguments and put the appropriate technical expertise level inside.
- Support the Technical Department in technical complaints (colour and products)
- Provide control, maintenance and calibration for all techncial equipment (Paint booth, glossmeters, scales, light booth, thickness gauge, stoves, stirring machine)

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
- Paint chemistry experience
- High sense of teamwork, in particular with operations marketing team and sale force
- English mandatory
- Computer/software skills like Color software, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel (can perform complex functions)
- Minimum 70% of your time being itinerant on the field (technical support on customer site, training sale force teams)
