**Introduction**
We are seeking a passionate, experienced strategy professional to complement our team as a Senior in our Madrid studio. You will have significant experience and knowledge and will work hand-in-hand with the leadership team to inspire and motivate our team, our clients, and our clients’ customers.
Key capacities include the ability to approach projects creatively and deliver excellence, while transmitting proactiveness and ambition to the team and our clients, lead multiple smaller projects or one larger project, and run client presentations.
**In this role you will**:
Be an important content leader within the studio environment, guiding junior members of the team.
Lead several small projects or one big project taking on full responsibility for content and profitability.
Be confident in leading client presentations and direct the team to support these.
Be a natural communicator and bring a positive energy to any conversation with purpose and vision.
Be business savvy and can identify opportunities and see the potential in any project or client engagement.
Project thought leadership in your field as well as the ability to create original content.
Understand other design disciplines and processes (across Design, Brand, Digital) as well as new technologies and industry developments (AR, VR, AI, wearables, etc.).
**Responsibilities**
You will make significant contributions to the strategy design practice. You will help the leadership team to consolidate and evolve Mormedi methodology expertise related to Design and Business Strategy.
- Definition and in project supervision of methodological approaches.
- Coaching and training the team in new methodologies.
- Foment integration and cross-discipline practice with Mormedi design disciplines.
In guiding multidisciplinary project teams, you will:
- Train and cultivate understanding client need with a global vision of the project priorities. Navigate complex projects and transmit confidence to the client.
- Train your ability to lead, guide and empower multidisciplinary project teams by taking on a specific phase or work stream within a given project.
- Play a key role in all aspects of the execution of a project, act as a connection between senior and junior members of the team - ensuring that methodologies and processes are implemented correctly, that the outputs have excellent quality while also keeping in mind the profitability of the project.
- Create exquisite deliverables and content, with on-time delivery and invoicing according to established project plan and in compliance with Mormedi quality standards.
- Collaborate with other team members (Design and Digital) to ensure coherence regarding teamwork, approach, deliverables - as well as fostering an overall sense of Mormedi community.
Business development - you will detect commercial opportunities and involve senior members of the team in order to evaluate how to push them forward. You will also support Mormedi business development meetings, and assist in proposal writing (Strategic POV, Methodology, Content).
Marketing support - you will participate in relevant events / conferences and create content (articles and presentations) that help to position Mormedi as a thought leader and increase its competitive edge.
