About the Role

As a
Senior Consultant – Data Strategy & Predictive Analytics
, you will help global clients translate data into strategic advantage. You will:

  • Design and implement
    predictive and optimization models
    (e.g., forecasting, churn, pricing, segmentation).
  • Develop
    data-driven growth strategies
    and turn complex insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align
    data analytics and business strategy
    .
  • Lead analytical workstreams and guide junior consultants on technical methodologies.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to
    non-technical, senior stakeholders
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience
    in consulting, analytics, or data science roles with a strategic focus.
  • Proven hands-on experience building
    predictive models (e.g., XGBoost, regression, time-series, clustering, NLP)
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python and SQL
    ; experience with
    cloud or big data environments (Azure, AWS, Databricks)
    is a plus.
  • Academic background in
    Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or Data Science
    (Master's degree or MBA valued).
  • Ability to translate data insights into
    business strategies and commercial impact
    .
  • Fluent in
    English
    (Spanish is an advantage).
  • Curious, analytical, and passionate about applying data to real-world business challenges.
