**Als Client Manager Managed Services verstärkst Du unser Vertriebsteam**
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Overlay-Sales in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Client Managern / Specialized Sales Sec, DC, CX mit Fokus auf Neugeschäft
- Unterstützung des Renewal-Geschäfts (Cross-/Upselling)
- Eigenständig Betreuung der Kunden - Anbahnung, Verhandlung, Vertragsabschluß
- Entwicklung Managed Services Pipeline gemeinsam mit dem Account Team
- Unterstützung in übergreifenden Bereichen TS/Consulting, HW, SW/Lizenzen
- Vorgaben für Servicekalkulationen im Rahmen der Angebotserstellung im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Service
- und Commercial-Freigaben
- Eigenständiges Erstellen von Servicekonzepten und Servicekalkulationen
**Das bringst Du mit**:
- Eine technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Service Management
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Service Management
- ITIL Zertifizierung wünschenswert
- Strukturiertes Vorgehen verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen, genauen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungsgeschick und eine hohe Termintreue
- Fließende Deutsch
- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
