We want you to develop your skills, expand your knowledge and be proud of your work. : **Puesto**:PROCESS LEADER****: Departamento: CORTADORAS **El perfil requerido**: - Valorable Titulación en Ingeniería Industrial - Actitud y comportamientos acordes a Bridgestone Essence y HPO. - Competencias: Capacidad de resolución de problemas, capacidad de aprendizaje, interacción efectiva con grupos de trabajo multidisciplinares. - Buen nível de inglés, escrito y hablado. - Planificación / Organización de Proyectos. - Responsable de la mejora continua dentro de la UO **Funciones del Puesto** - Liderar la definición de estándares de proceso y la eficiencia de los mismos. - Participar en las reuniones periódicas establecidas dentro de su unidad organizativa relativas a eficiencia de proceso, seguimiento de resultados de seguridad, calidad, producción y medioambiente y planes de mejora y correctivos. - Junto con los/las líderes de célula y mantenimiento, capacita y desarrolla a las personas del equipo conforme a los valores y cultura de la compañía, identificando las necesidades de formación y velando por la máxima autonomía del equipo humano de la UO. - Informa a su equipo sobre los resultados de eficiencia de la UO. - Entrena al equipo que compone la UO en herramientas de resolución de problemas y análisis de causa raíz mediante los estándares establecidos. - Identifica oportunidades de desarrollo y establece los planes oportunos para el equipo humano de la UO, en coordinación con el/la líder de célula. **MORE INFORMATION**: **We are looking forward to hearing from you** **DISCLAIMER**: Diversity and inclusion are a central part of Bridgestone EMEA’s values at the highest level.
