COMMUNICATION & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Valencia)
**Responsibilities**:
Fuel marketing strategies by driving the content strategy and social media plan, bringing innovation, and highlighting the deep knowledge input from experts across the organization.
Deliver and manage an integrated communication plan to local and international markets, ensuring the right message reaches the target audience at the regional level.
Research and write press releases, along with creating content for the company website, infographics, blogs, and newsletters.
Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company’s policies, principles, and strategies, and keep up-to-date with relevant developments within teh industry.
Arrange and coordinate press conferences and plan events.
Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that it produces high-quality and error-free work.
Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas which are in line with the company’s strategy and support various brand initiatives.
Evaluate results of communication campaigns
Build and maintain relationships with agencies, media specialists, and key external role-players such as clients, suppliers and the government.
**Requirements**:
Bachelors degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience working in digital communication as a hands-on-generalist.
Experience managing multi-channel digital acquisition strategy and execution (including website and social).
Knowledge of Martech tools (Google Analytics and Hubspot), and an understanding of account-based marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page optimization, and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
Excellent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).
Content writing experience for all media platforms.
Strategic and creative mindset.
Meticulous attention to detail.
