Our Real Estate Advisory Group provides comprehensive real estate valuation and consulting services for acquisitions, dispositions, financial reporting, tax, financing, insurance and other strategic planning purposes. Our services help owners and investors maximize property values.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
This is a permanent position requiring high levels of self-motivation and drive to build up detailed property knowledge and good contacts.

You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help delivering accurate, supportable and unbiased valuation conclusions. Below are some of what you’ll experience:

- You’ll work with your team to draft and deliver work that may involve a variety of work, such as carrying out research to support valuations, presentations to clients, and valuation reports.
- Visiting client facilities, interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
- You’ll research and keep up to date with relevant market insight and property legislation that may impact our work.
- You’ll learn how to use various property systems/databases so we can collect information that will help us determining the best solution for clients.
- Working with management to build and maintain client relationships.
- You’ll take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Highly motivated team player with leadership potential.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- High level of attention to detail with excellent analytical, organization and project management skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Commitment to completing RICS Property Management APC pathway and gaining MRICS accreditation.

**TRAINING**:

- Our graduates receive first-hand experience while working towards a professional qualification.
- You’ll join us on a 2-to-2.5-year trainee programme, working towards Valuation / General Practice Chartered Surveyor status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
- If you do not have an RICS accredited Real Estate degree then you will likely need to complete a Master’s degree in Real Estate as part of the programme as well.

**CAREER DEVELOPMENT**:

- Once you've successfully passed your APC and become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), you'll continue to receive training and career development opportunities.
- We ensure that your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is current and that all staff are fully up-to-date with changes to legislation and business needs.
