We are looking for a Senior Associate to support our Real Estate Advisory Group help owners and investors maximize their property values. In this role you’ll provide comprehensive real estate valuation and consulting services to SOCIMIS, international investors and major corporate. The majority of our work is provided under international standards specifically RICS and IVS, of course Kroll will help you to gain these qualifications if required.

You’ll be based in Spain and be part of the dynamic and growing REAG team in EMEA. This will allow you to work with other international teams.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Investigating and developing valuations analyses for Real Estate assets
- Initiating preliminary discussion with clients to understand their requirements in detail
- Preparing pitch decks and completing the required internal approval process
- Delivering accurate, supportable and unbiased valuation conclusions
- Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including reports to clients
- Building and maintaining client relationships

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor or Master’s degree in the economic or technical field
- Basic building construction or plants knowledge
- Proficiency in spoken and written English are required. Portuguese would be highly valued
- Excellent analytical, organization, project management and communication skills
- Driving license is required
- International traveling is required for the position
