Descripción

El departamento de Advisory es el encargado en el asesoramiento financiero a fondos y bancos de inversión, y en procesos de compra de carteras de activos (NPLs). Las principales funciones se relacionan con el análisis de la situación de las carteras, la definición de las estrategias para su recuperación, la valoración de oportunidades de inversión y la modelización financiera.

Perfil

El puesto de Analyst tiene la función de asesorar a los fondos y bancos de inversión a la hora de comprar una determinada cartera de activos.

Las principales funciones del puesto son:

  • Estudio y análisis de carteras de inversión y asesoramiento en procesos de transacción.
  • Revisión de documentación judicial.
  • Due Diligence.
  • Modelización financiera.
  • Interacción directa con cliente.
  • Elaboración de presentaciones.
  • Apoyo en todo el proceso de compra de una cartera.

Requisitos:

  • Valorable experiencia anterior en funciones similares.
  • Valorable experiencia en revisión de documentación jurídica.
  • Muy buena capacidad analítica.
  • Capacidad de trabajo bajo presión.
  • Buenas habilidades comunicativas.
  • Nivel Avanzado de Excel.
  • Nivel C1 de Inglés.
