Department Description

RS7 is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Strategy and Development Analyst RS7. The mission of this position is to support the execution of tasks related to corporate projects in the area of Risk, contributing to the improvement of process efficiency and ensuring compliance with the scope, deadlines, and cost requirements defined for each project.

**In this position your key responsibilities will be**:

- Participate in the development of new Risk projects and collaborate in the optimization of existing systems.
- Gather information about current processes, facilitating communication with Risk teams and other areas.
- Document relevant technical information about ongoing processes.
- Participate in corporate meetings at the ACYC Group level.
- Report progress and actions taken to direct supervisors and higher management (including the Risk Directorate).
- Support project follow-up, process documentation, and interdepartmental communication.
- Seek alternative solutions in response to changes or difficulties in projects.
- Meet the objectives set by the direct supervisor.
- Perform administrative and auxiliary support tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- University graduate with a bachelor degree, focused in finance, accounting, economics or business administration. Higher Technician Certificate.
- 1-3 years of Risk Underwriting experience.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to prepare cases accordingly.
- Ability to work under pressure and self-initiative.
- Strong customer focus and ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply.
- Excellent writing and communication skills and fluency both in Spanish and English.
