**Job Description**:
We are currently looking for a **Regional Head of On-Site Support** within our Group Services Center (GSC) and National Services Center (NSC). The GSC - NSC IT Infrastructure team covers approx. 4,000 end users and more than 60 sites across the world.

The **Regional Head of On-Site Support** who will be joining the team, will be a professional comfortable with the concept of Zero Trust Networks, experienced in balancing service costs, quality and standardization across locations as well as in building and managing multi-site and multicultural onsite technical teams located across Europe and India. Moreover, we are looking for someone who not only will be able to understand the immediate need of the business but also to anticipate trends and challenges by having clear in mind the overall target picture. Given the international nature of the role, frequent travelling will be required.

**Overall objective**: Providing On Site Support Services for the overall IT infrastructure and leading the onsite support technical teams located across Europe and India (ca. 25 FTEs)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the required On Site Support Services required for the overall infrastructure, this hands-on support covers PC’s, Laptops, Printers, Network Hardware etc.
- Manage a team of On Site Support engineers which are located across Europe and India
- Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible
- Deliver quality documentation: Procedures, Policies and SOP’s
- Provide hands-on IT Support at the in scope location(s) covering IT Infrastructure services, such as: Workplace Services, Networking, Printing, Servers etc.
- Installations and deployments of new laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Provide second line (L2) support and work closely with the Service Desk (L1) and other support teams
- Perform hardware installations
- Adherence and adoption of IT Group Standards
- Maintain proper inventory of assets (hardware and software licenses)
- Deliver quality documentation: Procedures and Work instructions
- Ensure that the services comply with the set policies and standards and meet the agreed SLA’s

Specific Assignments:

- Support the end user and end device migration activities into the new zones
- Participate in future planned migrations of IT zones to ITIST covering also the network and printers

**Qualifications**:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in building up, managing and developing on-site technical teams spread across the globe
- Proven experience in managing end user devices (laptops, desktops, smartphones), deployments and migrations of end user devices and related Microsoft tooling such as Intune and Auto Pilot
- Proven Experience in M365 environments: AzureAD, Exchange OnLine, OneDrive, Teams etc.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft end-user environment (Windows 10, MS Office etc.)
- Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- Good knowledge of Mobile solution and devices (Android, IOS, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of networking (switching/routing/firewalling)
- Ability to read, understand and create technical documentation of the delivered solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

***Education/languages**
- Bachelor or equivalent in Information Technology or equivalent experience degree
- Fluent English (working language) required as well as local language
