**The Service Operations Team at Choco strives to ensure vendor success throughout their Choco journey. You will support our Support team as well as the Implementation Team with the assessing of provided data structures, planning of capacities and troubleshooting until and after the integration is live.**

**What you'll do**
- Delight customers by resolving customer problems in real-time and working behind the scenes to solve and prevent problems
- Provide expertise to customers and internal teams on SOPs
- Act as the voice of the customer with product and engineering teams, serving as key part of the product feedback loop
- Grow the Support organization from the ground up by defining processes, systems, and the office culture
**What we're looking for**
- Native or C2 Spanish Speaking Ability
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer focused role
- Customer Focused: The customer is your North Star. You can communicate empathetically and put yourself in the position of the customer to solve problems.
- Excellent communicator: You are an active listener who can quickly assess a customer's issue and clearly convey an effective solution.
- Problem solver: You love solving puzzles and you can quickly cascade through solutions to land on the right one as you assess a situation.
- Structured / Organized: You can independently multi-task and not lose sight of competing priorities coming through multiple communication channels.
- Motivated: You are not just looking to join a company-you are seeking to help build one. You are driven every day to help the company and those around you continuously improve.
**Meet Your Team**:
The Service Operations Choco journey. You will support our Implementation Team with the assessing of data structures, planning of capacities, and troubleshooting integrations. The Service Ops team works fast and provides limitless opportunities to learn about different facets of the Team at Choco ensures vendor success throughout the organization. This means that with the guidance of our Head of Support and the rest of the Service Ops team, you will be in the best position to learn and develop at a fast-paced, quickly growing global start-up.
