Customer Support Associate DACH Market
to help us boost the company to the next level.

We are looking for a
Customer Support Associate
to join our team.

  • Maintain and create simultaneously
    strong relationships with existing customers
    .

  • Problem-solving:
    Ensure all needs and queries are resolved
    via ticket/phone/email/chat.

  • Control and
    follow up on any bugs
    with the operations team and the client. Assist with basic troubleshooting.

  • Provide information about
    products/services/policies

  • Document Interactions

Your Profile

  • Expert level of German and English proficient speaker.

  • You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.

  • You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.

  • Excellence in communicating and problem-solving.

  • Previous experience dealing with Customers is a plus
