Today, we stand strong as Europe’s leading online pet platform, delivering moments of happiness to more than 9 million pet parents each year.We are looking for an exceptional** Brand Communication Manager** who will drive brand awareness and traffic to zooplus' shops. Being a part of a brand new team in a very strategic area of the business - **Own Brands Food**, you will be one of the main drivers of the overall offsite campaign, partner, and vendor management to increase the number of new customers of zooplus and, thus, have an impact on the success of the business.

Are you ready to take on this challenge?

As a** Brand Communication Manager**, you will take care of:
- End-to-end management of offsite campaigns, awareness, and traffic-driving initiatives including a budget, timeline, resource, and dependency management-
- Building relationships with various key internal stakeholders-
- Representing the offsite campaign team to both our internal and external vendors and partners-
- Analysing the initiative effectiveness and seeking out areas of improvement-
- Preparation and presenation of briefing information in partnership with brand management to agencies and partners-
- Definitition of KPIs and targets against which to measure success-
- Upward reporting of performance-
- Supporting regular planning cycles and calendarization initiatives-
- Budget management-
- Taking on department specific projects beyond campaigns as needed-
- Sharing best practice and new ideas to push an optimization mindset-
- Review of industry campaigns and sharing sources of inspiration**Qualifications**:
- University degree preferably with a focus on business administration / marketing or equivalent experience-
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing (preferably FMCG, retail, or pet food)-
- Initial experience in the independent management of brands or own brands-
- Knowledge of the relevant marketing processes ideally with a focus on e-commerce-
- Profound analytical skills coupled with a passion for numbers and big data-
- Ideally, already first international business environment experience-
- Very good written and spoken English, other foreign language skills an advantage-
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint**Additional Information**:
