Today, we stand strong as Europe’s leading online pet platform, delivering moments of happiness to more than 9 million pet parents each year.We are looking for an exceptional **Senior Brand Communication Manager** who will drive brand awareness and traffic to zooplus' shops. Being a part of a brand new team in a very strategic area of the business - **Own Brands Food**, you will be one of the main drivers of the overall offsite campaign, partner, and vendor management to increase the number of new customers of zooplus and, thus, have an impact on the success of the business.

Are you ready to take on this challenge?

As a **Senior Brand Communication Manager**, you will take care of:

- Strategic management and support to team lead function for annual planning, vendor selection and insight sharing
- End to end responsibilily for the development of key offsite campaigns to drive new customers to zooplus
- Preparation and presentation of campaign materials, performance, opportunities and wider education materials as needed
- Preparation and presentation of briefing information in partnership with brand management to agencies and partners
- Definition of KPIs and targets against which to measure success
- Upward reporting of performance
- Actively managing relationships with various internal stakeholders
- Taking on department specific projects beyond campaigns as needed
- Marketing thought leadership
- Budget management
- Disciplinary and technical management of working students / interns, juniors and professionals
- Continually optimizing internal processes and ways of working
- Sharing best practice and new ideas to push an optimization mindset
- Review of industry campaigns and sharing sources of inspiration

**Qualifications**:
- University degree preferably with focus on business administration / marketing or equivalent experience-
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience in marketing (preferrably FMCG, retail or pet food)-
- Experience in working with international business environment-
- Is experienced in dealing with the relevant marketing processes, ideally with a focus on digital / e-commerce-
- Profound analytical skills coupled with a passion for numbers and big data-
- Very good written and spoken English, further foreign language skills would be an advantage-
- Disciplinary or technical management experience desirable**Additional Information**:
