**Company Overview**:
We are a fintech company revolutionizing international payments for remote workers. We're looking for a creative and strategic Brand & Marketing Manager to help build our brand, engage customers, and fuel business growth.

**Role Summary**:
As our Brand & Marketing Manager, you will define and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. You will be the voice of our brand and work cross-functionally to ensure consistency across all channels while developing innovative campaigns to scale our presence in the fintech space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to build brand presence and customer loyalty.
- Oversee brand messaging, positioning, and voice across all channels.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Create compelling content for thought leadership, customer engagement, and product promotion.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and media partners.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in brand and marketing management, ideally in fintech or tech startups.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of fintech trends, customer behavior, and industry challenges.
- Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and retention through innovative campaigns.
- Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms.
- Bilingual (Spanish - English)
