**What are you going to do?**

Nutreco's mission is to feed the future. We develop and provide innovative feed technologies, premixes and unique software solutions and services for the animal nutrition industry. Our cutting-edge products, models and services are all designed to optimize animal nutrition and animal health through all life stages. In a world with limited natural resources, our ambition is to meet the rising food needs of a growing world population in a sustainable manner.

In order to continue to fulfill our ambition as a market leader, the intrinsic demands for the growing business and customer support, the company is further investing in the area of Finance. This role will give you a unique opportunity to co-create and further develop our models and solutions with access to a multi-disciplinary and highly motivated team.

**What are your key accountabilities?**
- Develop budget and forecasts activities
- Manage month-end closing processes at all levels. Defined and follow up the deadlines from basic standard practices
- Manage area KPIs and action plans in lead and lag indicators
- Financial Analysis of the actions plan
- Alignment of the monthly reporting reports of the productive activity of the Plant.
- Operations Excellence project control and benefits realization monitoring
- Control and validations of the benefic tracker.
- Control of costs, analyzing the impact of production lines, and warehouse lines.
- Cost control versus Budget and last year.
- Control and monitoring to work center Financial validation and transversal work with pricing validation costs: €/TN. manufactured, value of losses, labor cost/tonne, €/tonnes transported, OPEX manufacturing. Productivity: OU, OE, Kwatts*hr/Ton, effective hours/ton.
- Analysis of sustainability costs: waste value and indicators established in the sustainability plan, see their legal implications, and how we can reduce costs.
- Cost studies by plant, by responsibility center to seek synergies, standardization, and savings.
- Maintenance: cost analysis and support in centralized standardization to achieve efficiencies.

**What you need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Result-oriented, collaborative, and with strong analytical skills
- Professional skills using Excel, Power Point, and Power BI (other reporting tools are a plus)
- Ability to work fluently in both languages Spanish and English
