For our Global Marketing team we are looking for a **Director EMEA Marketing Diagnostic** who will direct all customer-facing marketing activities for the EMEA Sales Region, managing a team of marketing professionals, accountable for developing and executing an EMEA tactical marketing plan focusing on our Transfusion Medicine portfolio (Blood Typing and Donor Screening solutions).

**What your responsibilities will be**:

- You will supervise the Customer Marketing EMEA team for the execution of the individual assigned action plans and areas of responsibility by product group.
- You will develop and coordinate tactical marketing plans execution across the region, supporting the achievement of the commercial budget. You will support activities that will work across regions, developing a consistent approach globally.

**Who you are**:

- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or Business Administration. Master’s Degree/MBA is highly recommended.
- You hold a minimum of 7 years of commercial marketing experience within the Healthcare field, leading teams, campaign planning and execution experience.
- You have a proven track record developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies, demonstrating data-driven strategic thinking, experimentation, customer orientation, and operational excellence.
- You bring strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to assess business results of marketing tactics, define appropriate metrics/KPIs, and maximize value of marketing investment.
- You have the ability to prioritize and manage workload in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- You provide demonstrated relationship building and cross-functional teamwork skills to effectively direct and influence results across a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
- You speak fluent English and/or Spanish.
