**Your Role**
Based in our Headquarters in Barcelona and reporting directly to our Industrial Director, Global Manufacturing Excellence Manager is a Key position to face Affinity strategic business growth, High Performance Organization development and Manufacturing Best in Class results across the 5 manufacturing sites in Spain, France, Italy and UK. In order to achieve this challenging vision we require a cultural and capability transformation across whole organization.
**What you will do**
- Lead / Build Global Manufacturing Excellence program to achieve Best-In-Class results covering: Fundamentals Safety & Quality fundamentals at shopfloor, Direction Setting systems, Autonomous &; Progressive Maintenance, Initiative Management & Pull e2e Value Stream capabilities
- Responsible for Continuous Improvement Organization roles at plants steering progress and building capabilities
- Lead activities and enable people (directly / indirectly) to achieve overall success / a common goal.
- Manage Manufacturing Saving Plan supporting plant loss tree definition process, identification of global opportunities to improve COGS / Time to market / Product quality excellence
- Coordinate global loss elimination teams delivering initiatives to support company strategic vision
- Represent a network/bridgehead function, who coordinates and uses strategic alliances projects, interfaces & others
- Oversight, manage and improve several areas in manufacturing such as: Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Production Operations, Manufacturing Repair &; Maintenance Operations, Manufacturing Production Planning & Control

**What we are looking for**
- 5 - 10 years of experience in manufacturing in similar roles / experiences
- Manufacturing Excellence proven experience: Hoshin, direction setting, problem solving, value stream mapping. Desirable Black belt.
- Proven experience managing cultural change and capability building
- Leadership & influence skills
- High level of coaching capabilities
- People & Result oriented
- Proactive and flexible
- Fluent English is a must. French and Italian are highly desirable
- International experience and/or International mindset will be high valuated
- Availability to travel across our different locations
