**Mission**: Responsible for creating and monitoring project plans, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, managing the customer relationship and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives and ensure technical feasibility.
- Hold accountability for overall execution, management and delivery of a project.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Organize, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Track and report project progress and the required documentation.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Facilitating customer calls, and fielding customer queries.
- Ensure project deadlines are met.
- Manage project changes.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Undertake project tasks as required.
- Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience level.
- Develop project strategies.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and the documentation is maintained appropriately for each one.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Close relationship and communication with cross-departmental teams within Company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Control time management.
- Organize and motivate a project team.
- Plan and manage project activities.
- Be responsible for the Master project Register of the projects in the organization (planned, running, completed) plus access to historical data of other projects to aid in estimating realistic forecasts.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Project Manager working in implementing technological projects, working directly with the end customer.
- Experience in digital project management and Agile/Scrum tools (JIRA) is a plus.
- High levels (both written and verbal) of French and English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project Management Software/tools.
