**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced **Level 2 IT Project Manager / IT Incident Manager** with **Cyber Security** experience to join our team in **Peru** on a **1-year contract**. This role will be primarily remote but will require occasional visits to the client’s headquarters in Lima.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary escalation point for day-to-day incidents and requests, taking proactive measures to resolve issues.
- Maintain continuous communication with service leads to provide visibility into incident and request status.
- Conduct regular service quality reviews and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs agreed upon with the client.
- Monitor, analyze, and participate in managing critical or global incidents.
- Collaborate with technical teams to analyze and resolve recurring incidents at their root cause.
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure service commitments are met.
- Participate in follow-up meetings with third parties and suppliers to guarantee service compliance.
- Communicate effectively with end users and handle service-related complaints.
- Collect root cause data from incidents and contribute to developing and implementing action plans to prevent future issues.
- Coordinate technical teams for incident, request, and project management.
- Act as a liaison between various departments, external suppliers, and involved teams.
- Lead weekly meetings with the client and client managers to discuss ongoing issues, progress, and service performance.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Strong experience with **Microsoft 365** management as an Administrator.
- Solid understanding of **networking concepts**, including DHCP, firewalls, routing, and switching.
- Knowledge of **Windows Server environments** (GPO, DNS, DHCP, AD, etc.).
- Familiarity with **cybersecurity best practices** (Cybersecurity is a priority for the client).

**Qualifications**:

- **1 to 2 years** of experience in **IT management or incident management**.
- Strong communication skills in **English** and **Spanish**.
- Ability to coordinate with technical teams and provide leadership in incident management.
- Willingness to participate in a **two-step interview process** for final selection.

**Additional Responsibilities for L2 Technician in Peru**:

- **Active Directory Administration**:

- **Microsoft 365** management
- **Azure AD** management
- **Printing Service Management**:

- **Remote support** to onsite technicians dedicated to the project
- Addition of equipment into the Client’s domain
- Initial configuration of equipment following Client’s procedures
- **Remote software installation** on computers
- Work primarily on **projects led by a Client Project Manager** and support the ordinary service when no project manager is assigned.

**Additional Notes**:

- The technician must be **flexible with scheduling**, as projects may occur in time zones with significant differences.
- Close coordination with the client’s **Incident Manager based in Spain** will be required for smooth operations and swift IT issue resolution.

Pay: 2,500.00€ per month
