Your mission**Manage multiple projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver high-quality IT solutions.**

Responsibilities and Tasks- ** Liaise with our internal customers** (Departments and Units) to **understand their IT needs** by assessing on an IT solution to cover their expectations.
- Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects through **all project phases**: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and **timelines **in collaboration with stakeholders and teams.
- Develop comprehensive project plans,** budgets, and resource allocation **schedules.
- Liaise with **vendors** and help preparing **contractual agreements** with selected ones in accordance to company Service Level Agreements
- Collaborate with the IT Unit Manager to elaborate **RFP’s**, gather requirements, proposing IT solutions and preparing the Aplan.
- **Accountable for the IT support team** (internal and external) by ensuring the service is given in an excellent manner. Ensure that user satisfaction is excellent across all areas
- To support the IT Unit Manager on annual **budget estimations**.
- Support the IT Unit Manager on **Optimizing processes **and leading processes improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (**5 years** approx.) working as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, managing **complex IT projects** from initiation to completion.
- Experience managing **different IT Projects simultaneously**:

- Experience and Interest on **Business needs** understanding and transforming them in an IT Project
- Experience in Cloud Relates projects (**Azure, Google, Other**)
- ** Full **project management **lifecycle**: from requirements definition to support
- Vendor management and **SLA definition** and follow-up
- ** Business-level English**:

- Ability to communicate effectively with people in a multicultural / multilingual environment
- Results driven, pain-killer minded
- Negotiation skills
- Initiative and innovation
- Ability to understand Business needs, make the necessary questions, challenge those needs and transforming them in an IT project.

Desirable- PMO, ITILv3, Agile and Earned Value Management hands-on experience
- Experience of working in the healthcare sector or non-profit sector

- Hybrid model based at Barcelona EBMT offices 2 days per week and working remotely 3 days.
- Full time position and indefinite contract (37.5 hours working week).
- Flexible working hours (starting from 8 to 10 am and finish accordingly).
- 26 days of vacation per year.
- Salary: 43.000 - 50.000 gross/year (depending on previous experience).
