Estamos buscando un perfil Sales Team Leader con talento comercial para liderar el crecimiento en Barcelona y alrededores ¿Cuál será tu misión? Impulsar las ventas de nuestros servicios, liderando un equipo comercial dinámico y conectando con empresas de la zona. Serás clave en la expansión de nuestro desarrollo de negocio, abriendo mercado y fortaleciendo relaciones con clientes. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Proyecto ambicioso y estable. Sueldo fijo competitivo + variable. Horario de L a V ¿Qué buscamos? Experiência en ventas B2B o consultoría de RRHH. Pasión por los retos y las relaciones comerciales
¿Qué harás? Detectar y captar nuevas oportunidades comerciales (visitas, prospección, propuestas). Liderar y motivar al equipo de ventas. Cumplir objetivos de facturación y crecimiento. Crear relaciones sólidas con empresas y garantizar un servicio de calidad. Funciones propias del puesto ofertado.
- Experiència 3 anys. Experiência mínima de 3 años, en puesto similar.
- TÍTOL FP DE GRAU MIG
- Comercio y marketing
- espanyol (parlat b2 - avançat, escrit superior)
- Competències / coneixements: B2B, Ventas, consultoría, relaciones con clientes, Objetivos, comercial, calidad.
