- Full time technician to support the End User Workspace Environment. Location of Service: Customer locations.
- Target Environment: End User Workspace-HW & SW. Network and Computer Environment.
- Certificates: IT / microcomputing / HW and SW / Operating Systems
**Your Tasks**:
The Desktop Support Technician is a customer representative and will work closely with our customers’ team to provide the required services. Is a physical presence service to provide 2nd line support. Is responsible for performing tasks to agreed service levels as well as meeting customer satisfaction measures. In addition, also required to provide Hands & Eyes support for our customers’. Subject matter experts in diagnosing and resolving incidents with regards to Network and Computer devices. Microcomputing. End-user support tasks with a HIGH level of ENGLISH. Minimum 2 years of demonstrable experience in a similar position. Handling Ticketing tools. Microcomputing environment, mobile devices, H/W and networks. Good communication skills, good presence and easy to deal with users. Experience in a corporate and/or multinational environment is valuable. Experience in the resolution of technical incidents on-site and at the user location.
