As the Sub-Region Head of Siemens Advanta Iberia (f/m/d), you are responsible to lead the business and operational growth of our Iberia organization forward, including responsibility for overall strategic, operational, and financial performance.
**How you'll make an impact**
- You will position Advanta in the market as a leading professional services supplier in the region. It will drive business growth of the company in close collaboration with the Siemens CEO of the region and other relevant units and partners with a focus on delivering value to the clients and Siemens, as well as a profitable, growing and balanced Advanta business.
- You will lead with purpose to inspire, develop and grow a high performing team and act as a role model leading complementary teams by living Siemens Advanta values and behaviours, fostering diversity, walking the talk, developing our people and creating a great place to work.
- Together with your team, you will build and grow a strong pipeline of clients and projects in the digitalization and sustainability arena, working with other Siemens units.

- Implementor for first-of-its-kind

- As an inspiring lead of a professional services business, the sub-region head will ensure the coordinated integration of the necessary Advanta and Siemens competencies to be able to deliver on these roles and will track the impact of the relevant opportunities and projects both for Siemens as well as Advanta, in close collaboration with ADV Specialty Practices that support Business Development & Sales and drive the respective project delivery for the topics in their scope
- In summary, you are a force for change who leads the transformation in the sub-region
**Your success is grounded in**
- You have previous experiences in leading complex Solution Projects, especially in the area of Digital Transformation
- You are a hands-on leader, personally engaged and accountable operationally as well as financially for the acquisitions of projects and their implementation.
- Your regional experience and know-how, as well as your CxO Network, will enable you to further grow Siemens Advanta Business in Iberia
- You are capable to working in a matrix-organization and ensure excellent interworking with regional areas, vertical leads and global practice heads and build strong partnerships across the organization
- You come with a top-tier consulting firm or Professional Services background and have had P&L responsibility in your previous position(s)
**Please note**: While we are open to considering strong profiles from across the EU, **regular personal presence at our Mallorca office (minimum 3 days per week)** is required to foster close collaboration and team leadership on site.
