**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, including corporate events, trade shows, and other promotional events
- Help raise market awareness through Public Relations, Media, and thought leadership programs
- Draft and edit communications materials
- Support producing and launching podcast episodes in all podcast platforms. Create social media assets to promote podcast episodes.
- Support the PR and marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
- Take big part in social media listening, a project that aims to find end-consumer complaints on social media channels. Weekly alignment with sales to make sure these end-consumer complaints get sent to potential customers.
- Strong communication with the sales team

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a masters in marketing, public relations, communications or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- English fluency is a must. Spanish is a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- People-person, able to build impactful relationships
- Interest in event planning and management
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Any previous experience in communication, PR and event organization is a plus.
