**Customer Service - AI Research Associate (Madrid, Spain)**

**Join the Future of AI Technology** Are you passionate about technology, user experience, and working with people? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as **AI Research Associates** to support cutting-edge user testing and data collection for next-generation consumer devices.

**Location**:
Madrid, Spain (On-site only) _Must live within 10km or be able to commute easily. Relocation is not offered._

**Language Requirements**:

- Native Spanish speaker
- High level of English (written and spoken)

**What You'll Do**:
As a Research Associate, you'll be the face of our user-testing environment, ensuring smooth operations and a great experience for study participants. Your work will directly support the development of AI features in everyday devices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup and breakdown of user-testing sessions.
- Welcome and guide participants through test procedures and prompts.
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure study environments are tidy and ready.
- Track participant data and provide clear, accurate documentation.
- Help recruit participants that fit specific demographics.
- Support the research team with daily tasks and study logistics.
- Ensure confidentiality and data privacy at all times.

**Who We're Looking For**:
Essential Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or higher; relevant studies in psychology, human-computer interaction, communications, market research, or similar are a plus.
- Experience in customer service, user research, hospitality, or lab work is highly desirable.
- Comfortable with technology, computers, and modern devices (basic MS Office skills required).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to assist participants throughout the day (some light lifting involved).

**Work Details**:

- Type: Direct Sub-Contract Employee
- Hours: Full-time, 6 days/week (rotational days off, depending on project needs)
- Schedule: Fixed duration project (vacation time not permitted during project timeline)
- Travel: Occasional travel outside Madrid may be required for project purposes

**Bonus Points For**:

- Prior experience in moderation, user research, or tech usability testing
- Familiarity with participant recruitment
- Living within 10km of the study site
- Being flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to step into Senior Moderator/Assistant Site Lead roles with responsibilities like reporting, team coordination, and client interaction
