**About the role**:
As an **IT Helpdesk Intern**, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Flanks' team by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our internal IT systems. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, systems management, and user troubleshooting while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.
**What you'll do ️**:
Here’s what you can expect to work on:
- **Troubleshooting**: Provide first-line support by diagnosing and resolving internal user issues promptly and effectively.
- **Device Management**: Manage and maintain the company’s laptop fleet using Intune, ensuring devices are secure, updated, and ready for use.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist in preparing IT equipment and accounts for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- **IT Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of support requests, device inventories, and processes for future reference ️.
**What we'd love to see**:
- Familiarity with **Google Workspace** and **Office365 Suite** to assist with user account management and productivity tools.
- Basic proficiency with **Bash**, **PowerShell**, and **Windows command line** tools for troubleshooting and automation ️.
- **Language Proficiency**: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment ️.
