We are now developing a SaaS platform with proven product-market fit and clients ready to use it. As we continue to grow and scale, we need a CTO to lead our technology efforts, build a strong team, and ensure our platform's success. **Time to Scale Our SaaS Platform. We're looking for**:

- A seasoned technology leader with experience in building and scaling SaaS platforms, ensuring technical resilience, and delivering exceptional user experiences
- A doer who can collaborate with the CPO to execute the product roadmap for the platform
- A hands-on leader with a proven track record in building and managing high-performing engineering teams
- Adept at integrating SaaS platforms with large multinational corporations and other major SaaS solutions such from Workday, Microsoft, etc., while navigating through cybersecurity requirements
- Experience in incorporating AI technologies, such as ChatGPT, into SaaS solutions and delivering results quickly
- A strong communicator and collaborator who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Tasks

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute the technology strategy and roadmap for our SaaS platform, in collaboration with the CPO
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering team
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, and technical resilience
- Lead integrations with multinational corporations and major SaaS solutions, while adhering to cybersecurity requirements
- Drive the incorporation of AI technologies, such as ChatGPT, into the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and deliver value to our clients

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, but not mandatory: a university degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- At least, 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in software development and engineering, with a focus on SaaS platforms
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and driving technology strategies
- Fluency in English is a must; additional languages are valued
