In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in purchase analysis, supplier management, and optimizing purchasing policies. This internship will provide you with exposure to the prestigious world of LVMH and the beauty industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct price analysis, including analyzing price structures and benchmarking suppliers and components.
- Research and identify new national and international suppliers.
- Negotiate costs, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
- Monitor cost evolution, trends, and new suppliers to optimize purchasing policies.
- Prepare for negotiations with suppliers.
- Manage suppliers in accordance with LVMH sustainability, quality, and technical requirements, ensuring timely deliveries and payment terms.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and delivery plans agreed with suppliers.
- Create value for internal clients, Marketing & Sales, through the development and implementation of purchasing strategies and effective supplier relationship management.
- Provide timely and relevant information to internal customers, departments, and management.
- Support tendering processes and execute ad hoc projects as assigned by the Purchasing Director.
- Update the supplier pool following LVMH standards.

**Requirements**:
It is essential not to have had an internship employment contract for more than 3 months. There is a distinction between a contract and an agreement with a university.
- Bachelor of Business Administration and Management, Economics, or in other technical areas, such as Engineering, Architecture and Mathematics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Data analysis tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of sustainability and quality standards in purchasing is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Organized person who enjoys working in different areas of expertise, dealing with different departments and individuals.
