Nuestro cliente es una compañía internacional líder en su categoría, con un fuerte posicionamiento en el sector del deporte y la innovación técnica. Trabajarás con un porfolio de productos premium vinculados a la protección y el rendimiento deportivo, presente en los principales puntos de venta del canal especializado.
Buscamos un/a Sales Representative para desarrollar y expandir la presencia de nuestras marcas en el canal deportivo en la zona este de España. Serás responsable de cumplir los objetivos de ventas, ampliar la red de clientes y acompañar a los puntos de venta en la promoción y rotación de producto.
- Responsabilidades principales
- Gestionar tu cartera de clientes en la zona asignada, garantizando los objetivos de volumen y rentabilidad.
- Abrir nuevas cuentas y oportunidades de distribución, ampliando la presencia de marca en el territorio.
- Visitar regularmente a los puntos de venta (tiendas técnicas de ciclismo, outdoor, nieve o deporte general) para acompañar al cliente y asegurar un alto nível de servicio.
- Presentar nuevas colecciones y coordinar los pedidos según el calendario comercial anual.
- Formar al personal de tienda en producto, visual merchandising y atributos de marca.
- Garantizar el seguimiento del surtido, el stock, las condiciones de entrega y la correcta ejecución comercial.
- Detectar necesidades del cliente y resolver posibles incidencias.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de la política comercial de la compañía.
- Colaborar activamente con el equipo para mantener un ambiente de alto rendimiento.
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
- Entre 5-10 años de experiência en ventas dentro de sectores como ciclismo, outdoor, deporte técnico o moda deportiva. - Alta orientación comercial, habilidades relacionales y autonomía. - Familiaridad con herramientas digitales (iPad, CRM, Microsoft Office). - Residencia en zona este de España y disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente dentro del territorio. - Carné de conducir imprescindible. - Disponibilidad para viajes puntuales a nível internacional (presentaciones de colección/formación).
