Planning, Replenishment, and Customer Service

You will ensure the efficient scheduling, replenishment, and customer service for our industrial segment. This role involves managing inventory levels, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining high service standards to meet present and future demand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a monthly production plan, ensuring compliance with manufacturing capacity and service requirements.
- Replenish goods to sites/warehouses and manage inventory levels, optimizing distribution costs.
- Act as the main contact for assigned customers, managing orders and ensuring timely delivery.
- Regularly check and adjust production schedules based on demand variance and urgencies.
- Collaborate with procurement planners to address raw material shortages and changes in the plan.
- Provide feedback on forecast accuracy and improve demand reliability.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interaction skills.
- Analytical thinking with strong mathematical and logical capabilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to set priorities independently.
- Basic supply chain skills, with knowledge of planning methodologies (MRP logic and pull system).
- Proficiency in IT tools (Oracle R12, Power BI, CAIR, Excel, Focus).
- Good level of English; additional languages are a plus.
