**Responsibility**:

- Conduct strategic and financial analyses within technical projects and give advice for Strategic Consulting to industrial customers.

**Key Functions**:

- Provide guidance on Business Unit development and propose new approaches/tools to improve consulting services
- Lead Business Unit business development efforts by providing strategy and perform account management / opportunity search to grow the business unit
- Manage the assigned Strategic Consulting projects providing planning, coordination, steering and drive.
- Research, gather and analyze the information regarding the ongoing projects in a timely manner
- Develop reports, presentations, business cases, etc. to properly communicate the carried-out in-depth studies to top management (BoD, CEO, ExCo)
- Support, both technically and business wise, and to act as trusted partner and advisor for other areas within Predict & Innovate (Technological innovation, Environment, Digital Supply Chain & Operations) and Group-IPS (Enable, Industries, etc.)
- Identify consulting needs and opportunities and develop respective proposals
- Provide initiatives, conclusions, proposals, actions, etc. making recommendations not only from the assigned projects but also from any potential opportunity
- Support the team by spreading knowledge, launching initiatives towards business excellence, etc.

**Requirements**:
**Profile**:

- 100% fluent in Spanish and English
- Engineering Degree and technical or operations background
- 2-5 years of experience in consulting firm
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in Spanish/English, strong analytical and organizational attributes
- Team player, proactive, highly motivated and self-driven, ability to work independently under pressure, capacity to manage multiple projects
- High level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
