Our business consulting team participates in end-to-end projects for different sectors (banking, insurance, travel, energy...) from a perspective that is far from traditional consulting. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related field. Masters degree / MBA is highly desirable. Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development or equivalent, with proven banking or financial services exposure. Demonstrated track record of taking strategic plans from conception through execution with measurable business outcomes. able to work with complex data, build models, interpret KPIs, and draw insights. comfortable engaging with senior leadership and stakeholders. Strategic Planning & Execution: Take full responsibility for leading proposals and projects from conception to implementation, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met through clear planning and regular monitoring. Support strategic business projects by providing valuable insights and analysis, contributing to understanding business objectives and contexts. Team Leadership: Skilled in leading and motivating mid-sized teams to achieve goals and foster a productive environment. Demonstrates the ability to support and execute innovative ideas effectively. Coordinates cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve project success. Actively pursues continuous development in emerging areas to offer cutting-edge solutions, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of global business dynamics for strategic planning and competitive positioning.
