At CBRE's Strategic Consulting team, we are currently looking for consultants to develop innovative solutions that address our clients' business challenges.
SCOPE- Participate in national and international consulting projects, focusing on time series analysis and forecasting.
- Utilize problem-solving skills and statistical analysis to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets.
- Develop data-driven solutions to enhance business decision-making processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients clearly and concisely.
- Coordinate relevant market information across various real estate segments (residential, offices, retail, logistics, etc.).
- Contribution to the digitalization of the processes at the Strategic Consulting Department
SKILLSMinimum Qualification- Proven experience (2+ years) in Consultancy firms with special focus on quantitative solutions.
- Demonstrable understanding of statistical techniques for the treatment of time series and forecasting.
- Knowledge of programming languages (R or Python).
- Analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- High demonstrable ability to write and structure reports.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication and liaising with key business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and engineering teams.
- Proficiency in English.
- Capacity for teamwork.
Preferred Qualification- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Engineering or similar.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Shiny, Power BI or Tableau).
- Ability to work on multiple projects, solving complex tasks.
