**About the Role**
In this role you will be part of a team of experts who advise a broad range of clients on how to navigate a plethora of public policy challenges. We help our clients create sustainable relationships with policy makers, interest groups, industry and the media.
As a senior consultant, you will work on different client accounts, support in building new business opportunities and be involved in day-to-day support of operations.

**What You’ll Do**
- Client Delivery: Track institutional and regulatory updates for client projects, oversee research and reporting, provide analysis on policy changes, and ensure the team advances client programs effectively
- Build the business: Help develop the team and contribute to wider marketing initiatives to positively position the firm and practice in the market
- Networking: proactively network with contacts and stakeholders as well as potential clients.

**What You Will Need to Succeed**

Basic Qualifications
- Proven skills and interest in public affairs, advocacy, issues and reputation management across a broad range of issues.
- Good understanding and experience of working with policymakers and stakeholders in Spain / Brussels to further strategic objectives.
- Knowledge of the Spanish political and regulatory landscape and key discussions.
- Experience in-house, in a trade body, in a public institution, or advising clients on policy and communications issues.
- Strong research, analytical and writing skills with a focus on detail and delivery.
- Good organisation and presentation skills with a keenness for client and project management.
- Ability to digest and summarise information to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent English.
- Great team spirit and determination.
