Do you have a solid experience working in Sales? Do you have an international mindset, and would like to join a company that continues to expand globally?

Geveko Markings is currently looking for a new Sales Managers for our activity in Spain. **You will be part of an international team with the position based in Spain (ideally in Madrid) and collaborating directly with our Regional Sales Director who is based in Angers**, France. Our new Sales Manager will be responsible for defining and growing our sales activity for our Spanish market. This is a new position, and this will be a key person to help us develop our customer base within this market.

**About the tasks**

The overall missions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Guaranteeing that we reach actual budget and margin goals
- Managing all distribution and sales processes in Spain
- Researching actively new clients for our activity
- Handling Reporting to the group (CRM, reports, etc.)

Your day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

- Representing of Geveko Markings with customers, public authorities, deciders, trade fairs and all other potential clients
- Determining exact requirements of each customer in order to define the correct service offer (product configuration)
- Identifying new customers: form address books, trade fair contacts and marketing actions, contact leads and initiate the sales process
- Cultivating our existing customers
- Guaranteeing customer satisfaction
- Introducing new products and additional services
- Negotiating pricing with customers
- Being the main contact in case of questions
- Identifying new potencial business opportunities
- Controlling the allotted budget
- Programming and plan customer visits
- Handeling of eventual customer complaints
- Providing technical support for our clients related to our products

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who has experience in a similar sales position of at least 10 years to join our team. In order to be the right fit for this job, we are looking for someone who is:

- Proactive and driven
- Has previous sales experience
- Speaks both English and Spanish
- Is organized and prioritizes well
- Communicates well on all levels of the organization
- Is independant and works well in a changing organization

This position is to be fullfilled under wage portage (porte salarial) status.
