Our client is currently seeking a Customer Project Manager for Prefab Data Center to successfully execute projects in the rapidly growing modular data center segment. The Prefabricated Data Center specializes in designing and integrating full solutions within modular enclosures, encompassing power conversion, energy storage, cooling, electrical distribution equipment, and control software.

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead global, cross-functional teams in delivering modular data center projects for customers worldwide.
- Regularly reconcile project finances to ensure business performance objectives are met.
- Optimize project business performance, with a specific focus on improving gross margins throughout the project lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including factories, and potential customers, depending on the project setup.
- Direct and guide teams to execute project plans, adhering to Customer Project Processes (CPP) based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology.
- Maintain close control over project budgets to achieve targeted margin objectives and other defined project targets.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Experience**:Significant number of years of experience in a similar or related sector.
- **Education**: Master’s degree in a technical or industrial field, with a preference for a major in Electrical Engineering.
- **Languages**:Professional level of Spanish and** **English.
- **PMP certification is desired.**
