MyMediaConnect also ensures consistency and content integrity through secure role-based access and tailored project management for seamless integration across teams and providers.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager based in Barcelona. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Key tasks include audit and set up, onbosrding, developing strategies for customer retention, analyzing client needs, and proactively addressing challenges to guarantee a positive customer experience while driving brand loyalty and value.QualificationsExpertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide a dependable and solution-focused experienceStrong Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills to foster long-term partnershipsProven Analytical Skills to assess client needs and offer tailored solutionsEffective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and clientsProficiency in relevant software tools and experience in project management is a plusproficient in spanish and english is a MUST, fluency in french is a great assetFamiliarity with cloud-based solutions and asset management is desirable
