Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a next role? Do you have experience in the retail sector?

We are looking for an HR Administrator to support the People department in a retail company, leader in its sector. In that position you will act as the first point of contact for People-related queries from employees and external partners.

Your main administrative duties include maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides) and updating internal databases and other tasks related to People Management such as Recruitment or Performance support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hires guides
- Revise and design company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
- Recruitment and support to company HR Processes

**Requirements and skills**:

- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role, preferably in the retail sector
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong communication skills
- Hunger to develop and grow
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
