IT Coordinator

**How you contribute to our success**
To strengthen our IT Team on a global level, we are looking for an experienced IT Coordinator and IT Support Engineer to join as soon as possible at our location in Tarragona.
**IT coordination**
- Translate business requirements to IT infrastructure needs and align with vendors ensuring the delivery of IT services to the right level and on time
- Coordinate purchasing of new assets (licenses, hardware, peripherals, telephony, new hardware)
- IT Asset management for all hardware and software components globally
- Help defining and implementing the EWN Nutrition IT Policy and IT procedures
- Follow up on IT procedures and key controls
- Collaborate with and operationally manage external vendors for support and maintenance
- KPI reporting on key controls, adoption and user satisfaction

**Support and user management**
- Coordinate first line support with service providers and conduct first line support for users outside Germany
- Coordinate incidents, requests and change requests
- Second line support and issue solving
- Guiding IT users in using the IT services, IT infrastructure and software tools in the best viable way
- Local IT Infrastructure tasks e.g. aid in remote user issues, document problem resolutions, assist IT vendors in software deployment, network diagnostic and upgrades
- Coordinate onboarding and off boarding of employees, including providing hardware and software

**Software deployment**
- Deploy, support and maintain software tools, including but not limited to training, training materials, documentation of operating procedures and user manuals.
- Create, co-ordinate and execute software testing towards user acceptance and in line with business requirements

**IT Projects**
- Initiate new innovations and project proposals based on IT and/or business requirements
- Manage and/or be involved in IT-related projects
