The Head of R&D Quality is responsible for the Management System and Engineering tools, and the promotion of the quality culture, with the department teams, to ensure the required compliance levels for the whole R&D.- Your Role & Responsibilities- Ensure the knowledge diffusion and professional growth of the team.
- Define the team domain strategy and support the product one.
- Coordinate team resources inside and outside (with the PM).
- Promote the team standardization and reusability of the work.
- Report the team performance.
- Provide leadership, guidance and create development quality awareness and operations excellence.
- Promote internally and externally the R&D center methods, tools and operations.
- Prevent the product design and R&D quality potential risks.
- Assure the quality of the product and escalate sever risks or findings.
- Develop, manage, audit and promote the management system.
- Support the engineering with tools, frameworks and platforms development and administration.
- Your Skills & Strengths- Engineering degree and degree in Business or Operations.
- 5 years of experience in a quality function for automotive mechatronics sector.
- Experience in change management projects.
- Standards knowledge (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 15504, ISO 26262, ISO/IEC 17025, VDA).
- Customer (internal and external) management skills (resilience, negotiation, collaboration, leadership and knowledge in organization).
- Expertise in mechatronics engineering tools platforms and strategies.
- Languages: Spanish and English C1. French, German or Chinese C1.
