Process Development Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Create concepts and detail design using design and development methods such as DFMEA, Tolerance Analysis, etc
- Work closely with technical team to build pre-production units to meet customer requirements and timelines.
- Lead the planning and technical side of process development for individual programs
- Set up and conduct process checks and complete process documentation for assigned processes to be successfully transitioned from New Product Development into Manufacturing.
- Work with Product Lifecycle Management and Engineering documentation and change management systems.

**What your background should look like**:

- **A degree in Physics, Materials Science, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.**:

- **Excellent English language skills**:

- **Experience with Solid Works or other equivalent CAD packages.**:

- Experienced in creating detailed production drawings.
- Proven ability to transform Voice of Customer into Technical Specifications.
- 3+ years of experience in medical device industry or in design and process development functions.
- Previous experience leading technical programs and inter-disciplined group
- Knowledge of LEAN Product Development and processes
