Fenergo, the No. 1 digital enabler of client and regulatory technology for financial services, is seeking a skilled Client Solutions Consultant who is fluent in French to join their team in the Information Technology industry. As a Client Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for working with clients to design, configure, and implement Fenergo's regulatory and client lifecycle management (CLM) solutions. Fenergo is a rapidly growing RegTech firm with over 70 global financial institutions as clients. Their award-winning CLM suite digitally transforms how financial institutions manage clients, from initial onboarding to ongoing lifecycle KYC reviews and refreshes. With 11 offices worldwide, Fenergo is a truly global company at the forefront of digital transformations in financial institutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
- Participate in requirements gathering and design workshops
- Work closely with project teams to implement Fenergo's regulatory and CLM solutions
- Provide training to clients on Fenergo's solutions
- Understand and advise clients on best practices in client onboarding and KYC/AML compliance
- Provide post-implementation support to clients as needed

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in French and English
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in a technical or business consulting role
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus
- Familiarity with project management principles
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex business processes and data
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including international travel
