Objectives of this role Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth Manage the full client lifecycle (onboarding, implementation, training, adoption) and serve as the main communication link between clients and partners Collaborate closely with the LinkedIn team to support joint initiatives Stay informed on company offerings and industry trends while driving organizational goals Lead WTC's initial phase in the MENA region, supporting brand development and business growth Responsibilities Understand client needs, solve challenges, and illustrate the value of our solutions to create growth opportunities Analyze data to identify trends and insights; contribute to program development and pilot projects Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions; support prospecting activities with LinkedIn Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure needs are met and develop
